After a busy October with the Hoover, Head of the Charles, Blake Haxton, and Speakmon regattas, we now turn our attention to conditioning for the spring 2020 season. If you’re interested in rowing this spring, or just want to stay in shape for the winter, or prep for a different spring sport, join us for our winter conditioning program! Our conditioning program focuses on flexibility exercising, erging (rowing machines), and weight training.
Sessions will take place November 11 – February 21st, M-Th 4:30 – 6:00 pm and optional Saturdays 8:30-10:00 am. All sessions will be monitored by our Director of Rowing, coaches, and athletic trainer. Some sessions will be cancelled over holiday breaks.
